Is there a free trial?
We offer a 7-day free trial period for our Annual Merch Plans. During this period, you'll have access to the full range of features, and you can download up to 10 graphics from our library and unlimited downloads from our tools. While we don't have a traditional free trial for our other plans, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 15 days of your subscription and have downloaded less than 10 graphics, you're eligible for a guaranteed

I purchased a plan and it isn't showing on my account. Why can that be?
First of all, be sure you don't have more than one account created on Vexels! If you do, you can check on all of them in case the subscription got associated to another one. Another thing you can do is check if the recurring payment is on (you can check this on Paypal directly or with your bank). Cancellations take place effective immediately, so if you turn off the recurring payment your account will be inactive. If neither of these is the case with you, get in contact with our Technical Su

No! You can change the payment from annual to monthly by clicking on the button at the left of the pricing page

Yes, all the prices you see on our pricing page are in US dollars. Except for our portuguese page which is in brazilian reales

Yes. All our subscriptions are recurring except for our Lifetime plans which are one-time payment.

Refunds
How can I get a refund?
If you need to request a refund please contact support@vexels.com with the subject REFUND. Don't forget to add your username, user email or user ID so our team can find your account. Remember we make refunds after you cancelled if it has been 15 days within your first sign up to Vexels, and you downloaded less than 10 designs, or within the first 7 days of your subscription renewal, if you haven't downloaded any design. This refund policy doesn't apply to plans with a free trial period.

If I upgrade my subscription, will my former payment be refunded?
Beyond the 15-days money back period, users who upgrade their plan have the benefit of being issued a refund based on how long they have been users of our platform. The Upgrade Refund terms and conditions are as follow: From Monthly plans to Annual or Lifetime Plans: We will refund the last month of the subscription. Vexels gives refunds within the first 7 days after your subscription got renewed, if you didn't download any design in that period. After those 7 days, refunds are no longer applied. How can I change my invoice information?
To change your invoice information, simply follow these three steps: 1- Go to the My Plan section in your profile 2- Within the My Plan section, click on the page Billing Information. This will allow you to access and edit your invoice information as needed. 3- Remember to fill in all the blanks and then click Save All your invoices should come out with the new updated information

How can I change my payment method?
We’re working on making this easier and faster but for now, if you want to change the payment method you have to cancel the plan you currently have and subscribe again with your new payment method.

What can I do if my credit card doesn't work?
If your credit card doesn't work, you can try using PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can put in your credit card information and PayPal just takes care of the transaction.

If you want to cancel you have to go to your profile, click on My Plan, then, on Payments, and then click on Cancel Account.

We make refunds within the first 15 days of your subscription if you’ve downloaded less than 10 graphics and are not satisfied with your plan. You can cancel your annual plan at any moment, but we don't do prorated refunds.
