How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel you have to go to your profile, click on My Plan, then, on Payments, and then click on Cancel Account.

If I download a print-ready design, can I upload it and sell it online?

Sure! Just please be sure to read the policies of each individual POD (Print On Demand store) first. We provide many editable designs since some POD sites only accept unique designs. We are not responsible for the misuse of our products or services.

Question 3

Is Vexels' content exclusive?

Accepted Answer

Our designs are not exclusive! This means that the same design can be downloaded by many users. You can download your licenses from your profile if you need to show them to your POD platform. If you want to sell unique designs, you can use our T-Shirt Maker or our Scalable PSDs! Also, when you download a graphic, you will get an Illustrator or Photoshop file which allows you to modify the design.

Where can I find my licenses?

If you need the license for your download you can find it in "My Downloads" on your dashboard! When you hover your cursor over the design, a sign should appear that says "Get license"

Am I allowed to sell the designs on Merch items as they are?

Sure! We don't require our users to change the designs in order to use them. Just please be sure to read the policies of each individual POD (Print On Demand store) first. Question 6

Are all texts in the designs editable?

Accepted Answer

Some of our designs come with editable text, while others have a text design that has been hand-drawn and therefore cannot be edited. You can browse ""editable text"" and the ones that can be edited will have the attribute "Editable Text" on the preview.

If the text is editable, with an editing software you'll be able to double-click and type in the text of your choice.
