How can I get a refund?

If you need to request a refund please contact support@vexels.com with the subject REFUND. Don't forget to add your username, user email or user ID so our team can find your account. Remember we make refunds after you cancelled if it has been 15 days within your first sign up to Vexels, and you downloaded less than 10 designs, or within the first 7 days of your subscription renewal, if you haven't downloaded any design.

This refund policy doesn't apply to plans with a free trial period.
