Can I get a refund for my Annual Merch plans with free trial?

Our Merch annual plans includes a free trial period of 7 days with 10 downloads. During this period, users can explore all our features without incurring any charges. After the 7-day free trial ends, users are automatically billed for the annual subscription fee, unless they have canceled their subscription during the trial period.

Once the free trial ends and the annual subscription is billed, we do not offer refunds. Users are responsible for canceling their subscription before the end of the trial period if they do not wish to continue.
