Why was my Design Request rejected?
A request will be rejected if:
It includes content that’s sexually explicit, defamatory, abusive, racist, hateful, or objectionable in any way
It includes trademarked or copyrighted content
It’s not community useful: It does not fit Vexels' internal, non-disclosed criteria for design
It includes more than one design per request
The product isn’t included within the products available for Design Requests (e.g. Mockups).
Request doesn’t match credits: The design requested doesn’t match the number of credits selected.
No response: We tried contacting the user via email and received no answer.
