If I upgrade my subscription, will my former payment be refunded?

Beyond the 15-days money back period, users who upgrade their plan have the benefit of being issued a refund based on how long they have been users of our platform. The Upgrade Refund terms and conditions are as follow:

From Monthly plans to Annual or Lifetime Plans:
We will refund the last month of the subscription.

From Annual plans to better Annual plans or Lifetime plans:
If the user was 1 to 6 months into the Annual Plan: 50% of the Annual plan payment will be refunded.
If the user was 6 to 12 months into the Annual Plan: The remaining months up until the year will be refunded. For example, if you cancel at the 7th month, you will be refunded the 5 remaining months.

From Merch Lifetime Pro plan to Merch Lifetime Expert plan:
Until further notice, everyone that has a Merch Lifetime Pro plan and wishes to upgrade to a Merch Lifetime Expert plan will be able to claim a refund on their last purchase, regardless when it was purchased.
To do it, buy the upgrade first, let the team know the transaction was made (you can send an email to support@vexels.com) and allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed manually.
