Who owns the content I create with the Designer?

Ownership depends on the type of content used to create the final design.

• If your design is created using Vexels content (such as templates, graphics, or other Vexels assets), Vexels retains ownership of those assets, and you receive a commercial license to use the resulting design according to our licensing terms.
• If your design is generated solely from your own text prompts using AI tools, you own the generated content.
• If you upload and use your own images, logos, or other content that you own, you retain ownership of those uploaded assets and of the resulting design based on them.

In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or use in your designs does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
