I can't download any designs

Please, check that you hadn't used all your monthly downloads.
If it's not your case, I suggest a few things that might make it work:

- Make sure you're using Google Chrome on a desktop computer.
- Make sure you're logged in with your account.

If it still doesn't work, try deleting your browser's cache before downloading again (Ctrl+F5 on Windows, ⌘+Shift+R on Mac)
