# Why was my Design Request rejected?

A request will be rejected if: 

* It includes content that’s sexually explicit, defamatory, abusive, racist, hateful, or objectionable in any way   
* It includes trademarked or copyrighted content   
* It’s not community useful: It does not fit Vexels' internal, non-disclosed criteria for design  
* It includes more than one design per request 
* The product isn’t included within the products available for Design Requests (e.g. Mockups).
* Request doesn’t match credits: The design requested doesn’t match the number of credits selected.
* No response: We tried contacting the user via email and received no answer.
