# What's the difference between Merch and Lifetime plans?

[Merch Plans](https://www.vexels.com/merch-plans/) are recurring subscriptions that can be paid either monthly or annually. Subscriptions must be kept active in order to continue selling designs. Lifetime plans, on the other hand, are one-time payments - once you make the payment, you become a subscriber forever! Both plans come with merch licenses, allowing users to create and sell their designs legally.
